Step ONE - The Initial Appointment
Every piece begins with a relaxed consultation in our in house studio with one of our Head Designer Jewellers. Rather than a sales experience, you'll work directly with an expert whose passion is jewellery design and craftsmanship
Together, we explore your style, preferences, and inspirtation to create something deeply personal and truly one of a kind.
Step TWO - Stone Selection & Design Consultation
Guided by over 50 years of extensive industry knowledge, we help you select the perfect stone, from natural diamonds and lab grown diamonds and alternatives such as exceptional coloured gemstones. Working closely with our Head Designer, the vision for your piece begins to take form.
Each stone is independetly certified and laser inscribed on the girdle of the stones, providing authenticity, traceability and complete peace of mind.
Step THREE - Digital CAD Design & Approval
Once your design direction is confirmed, we create a detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your piece. This allows you to visualise a lifelike representation before manufacturing begins.
During this design phase, both you and our designer can refine and adjust the details as many times as needed, ensuring every element is perfectly considered before creation.
Step FOUR - Crafted In Our Sydney Workshop
Once your design is approved, your piece is meticulously handcrafted in our Sydney studio by our Head Jewellers.
Every stage is completed with exceptional care, precise attention to detail, and an uncompromising commitment to the highest standards of quality.
Step FIVE - The Finishing Refinements
During this stage, your piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our exacting standards before being elegantly packaged and presented. The bespoke journey generally takes 4–6 weeks from design approval.

Step SIX - The Final HandOver
The most rewarding moment for us is witnessing the joy our creations bring. When your bespoke piece is complete, it’s time to be reunited with something truly yours.
You are welcome to collect your piece from our Condell Park showroom, or we can arrange secure, fully insured delivery worldwide.
